If you are missing one or more teeth and are looking for the most stable restorations available, you may be a good candidate for dental implants. During surgery, Dr. Arkadi Razoumovich will permanently affix these titanium posts in your jawbone. Implants can support several types of restorations, including crowns, bridges, and dentures. We proudly perform all aspects of implant placement in-house.
If you want the security of dental implants, but you’re missing many or all of your teeth, you don’t have to get a separate implant for every missing tooth. Instead, several (a minimum of 4, but preferably more like 6) implants can be used to support a partial or full denture. Implant-supported dentures are more stable than traditional dentures, allowing you to eat and speak with more confidence.
A missing tooth can also be replaced by an appliance called a fixed bridge. This is an artificial tooth (known as a pontic) attached on either side to a crown. The crowns are placed on the teeth adjacent to the gap (where the tooth is missing), filling in the space and restoring the appearance and function of the smile.
For those missing some or all of their teeth, dentures are also an option. But these aren’t your grandfather’s dentures. Thanks to advances in materials science, today’s dentures are more lifelike than ever before. They’re custom-created to fit your mouth, so they’re also more comfortable than ever before.
When a tooth has extensive damage, such as from severe decay or a crack or break in the tooth, a crown can restore both function and appearance. Also known as a “cap,” a crown is a porcelain shell that’s placed around a tooth to strengthen and restore it. A crown can also be used as an artificial tooth, on top of a dental implant.

Implant supported dentures are secured in place by dental implants. These dentures are specially designed to fit on as few as two dental implants, although four or more implants is preferable for the purposes of security.
Full mouth reconstruction may be a good solution if you have extensive tooth loss or dental damage. Dr. Razoumovich will help you create a treatment plan, combining two or more restorative treatments to meet your health, scheduling, and financial needs.
Dental crowns are caps-shaped restorations. By placing them over damaged or decayed teeth, Dr. Razoumovich can cover large cavities, and strengthen and repair broken teeth. Crowns are also used to protect a tooth after a root canal procedure.
Dental bridges replace one or more adjacent teeth, filling in gaps in your smile and restoring your bite. Bridges are made up of several cowns fused together to form a single restoration. Traditional bridges are held in place by dental crowns attached to the neighboring teeth.
Our dentures are made from the most lifelike materials available, so we can provide you with restorations that are virtually indistinguishable from natural teeth. We also place an emphasis on comfort, and use extreme precision when fabricating your restoration.
